The User Manual is a simple and easy to use guide instructing
you how to set up the software yourself, on your system.
Should you require one of our Technical Staff to carry out
this installation for you, this service is available subject
to a call out charge. (See information below for Optional
Installation)

Staff. Installation takes approximately 2 hours per computer.

Terms
and Conditions
Contracts are for one year
minimum, payable as a lump sum or monthly by PayPal Subscription
or Direct Debit. Any increase in storage capacity usage
by a Client will be notified to the Client and the monthly
fee for the new capacity will be charged at the next appropriate
band. We reserve the right to refuse service to Customers
and to cancel service within 30 days written notice. In
the event service is cancelled or refused, Customer is not
liable for charges for the previous 30 days. Customers discontinued
for non-payment are subject to a reactivation fee equal
to one month's service. Customer assumes all responsibility
for telecommunications charges, long distance calls, and
the maintenance of their own computers and connections from
their system.
